I represent Sarafino, a high-end premium Italian family food company passionate about their products. In this role, I collaborate with high-end grocery stores to promote Sarafino's products and educate the target audience on the authentic olive oil process and the importance of healthy eating. My efforts help in building brand awareness and driving product sales through in-store demonstrations and customer interactions.
I planned and scheduled engaging weekly newsletters using Beehiiv, managing a dynamic list of cross-promotional authors. My role involved crafting insightful newsletters and blogs on motivational books and culinary art utilizing Canva and AI tools to enhance content quality. I supported innovative marketing strategies and measured the success of marketing initiatives against key performance indicators.
I managed and created digital content for social media platforms, including visuals and videos, to drive engagement. I maintained the brand’s presence across all social media channels, fostering growth. Collaborating with website and app teams, I ensured consistency in content updates and course management. Additionally, I tracked market trends and competitor activities to enhance marketing strategies.
I analyzed and managed reference data for the UK Nielsen project, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Utilizing BPO software, CRM systems, and MS Office tools, I optimized workflows and improved operational efficiency. My role also involved collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries and enhance service delivery.
I utilize the LAST technique (Listen, Acknowledge, Solve, Thank) to effectively address guest concerns and enhance their experience. By improving guest handling processes, I’ve contributed to better Medallia scores (OSAT) and increased customer satisfaction. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I integrate consumer insights into service delivery, fostering a guest-centric environment.
